How are orders packaged?

We handle all orders with the utmost care to ensure the safety of your product during transit. Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Refer to each product on how they will be packaged. 

Please note that once the package is shipped, we have no control over any delivery delays or damage that may occur. If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please first contact the delivery service provider to open a claim. The delivery service is responsible for resolving issues related to lost or damaged packages.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders will be dispatched within one week of placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that shipping to some countries may be more challenging.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please make sure to carefully review your information before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Can I change an item in my order?

Due to low stock, changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed.

Do I need to pay customs fees or import charges?

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs charges or import duties upon arrival. Unfortunately, we do not cover these expenses, as they vary by location. The customer is responsible for any additional fees.

Where are the sculptures made?

The sculptures are created in Toronto, Canada, by a single artist. Each piece is 3D sculpted, printed, sanded, painted, and varnished—all done in-house.

Abandoned Shipments

If you refuse a package, it will be considered abandoned and lost. Please note that refunds will not be issued for abandoned shipments.

Tariffs and Taxes

xitian operates out of Toronto, Canada. Any tariffs or taxes applied to your order upon entry into your country are determined by your government and are outside of xitian’s control. These fees cannot be estimated or included in our shipping costs and may vary based on your location and order.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Restocking 

All items on xtitian website will be restocked in time. if an items is removed from the website or listed as sold out, it will no longer be restocked.
